Huw Eynon and his son Thomas are 4th and 5th generation butchers. Their business, Eynon’s, based in St. Clears, Carmarthenshire, has been a proud business partner and supplier to Kuti's for years. Together, we won the Tiffin Cup. Huw, with his 54 years of experience in the meat trade, has observed constant change and evolution in the industry. His foundation has been the sale of niche products that achieve distinctive flavors from selected sheep breeds, without compromise.
